What is it?

Have your individual therapy session on a walk outside. Connecting to nature has shown to improve symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, and depression. Nature can help us feel more relaxed, be more mindful, and feel free to express ourselves.

Get therapy, movement, and fresh air all in one!

Available during the months of April - November.


If a 50-minute walk through a trail is not accessible for you, we can walk outside through the community on flat land. Sitting on a bench surrounded by nature is another option!

Cost is the same as individual therapy, $130+HST per 50-minute session.
